The University of London International Academy is now seeking a Global MBA Programme Officer to join their team in the Educational Innovation and Development Directorate.

The Educational Innovation and Development directorate is responsible for the design and development of a portfolio of international programmes. In this role, you would play an integral part in the team, providing a wide range of administrative support. 

The Role 

As the Global MBA Programme Officer, you will be responsible for providing operational support and guidance to the Global MBA Programme Director, Module Leaders, and Online Tutors to ensure the successful running of the Global MBA programme. This will include assessment setting coordination, providing administrative support around accreditation arrangements, and being the main point of contact for enquiries from the Global MBA Student Relationship Managers and other student lifecycle teams. You will also be responsible for organising a series of enhancement activities and events for the programme, such as guest speaker webinars and career support activities. You will work closely with the Global MBA Market Development Manager and the Head of Marketing to support the marketing and promotion of the programme and to ensure all marketing collateral is kept up to date. You will be responsible for organising the module review process which is integral to the continuous performance review of the programme, and will work closely with the Programme Manager in the preparation of the Annual Programme and Planning Review.

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must have substantial experience of working in an office environment and experience of supporting/working on distance-learning programmes. You will be educated to undergraduate degree level or by equivalent work based experience and will be highly organised, with the ability to manage a varied workload and keep to agreed deadlines for tasks. We are seeking an individual who possesses a positive and proactive attitude to work and problem solving, with excellent written and oral communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
