Senior Student Cases Officer

Based within the Student Cases Team, which is responsible for implementing procedures under the Academic Regulations including academic and other student appeals, student conduct cases and student complaints, you will lead projects within these areas, providing expert advice, managing day-to-day activities and ensuring that appropriate levels of support are available to all members of the team. 

You will be responsible for managing the highly complex student cases and student complaints processes, for managing the development, documentation, implementation and review of policies, procedures and processes relating to these areas and also for identifying and delivering specialist training to staff across the University.
