£32958 to £38183 per annum (pro rata if part time), together with USS pension benefits if required.

The normal expectation is that the successful applicant will be appointed to the minimum of the agreed scale with annual increments on 1 October each year (subject to completing six months service).

To deliver its top 20 ambition Swansea University is seeking to appoint a Lecturer with excellence in research in the Morgan Academy

We are seeking to appoint a Lecturer on an academic career pathway with excellence in research. You will have an interest in applied social sciences, with academic potential to develop your career at Swansea. Ideally, you will have a research interest in inequality, diversity and citizenship. The post holder will seek to operate at an international level and publish research in the respected journals. 

We would welcome applications for the Lecturer post, from early career academics with a developing portfolio of research and with potential to play a significant role in the future development of the discipline, work related activities outside of academia such as in industry or a clinical setting
