Reader or Senior Lecturer in the Neurobiology of Psychiatric Disorders

We are seeking a senior investigator with an established track record of internationally recognised research in the neurobiological basis of Psychiatric Disorders. Their methodology might involve cellular, molecular, electrophysiological, or systems biology. It may involve studying model organisms, cellular models, or patients and populations. Ultimately, success will be measured by high impact publication output, success in attracting research funding, contribution to teaching and the scientific strategy of the Department.

The selection process will include a presentation and an interview panel and may include a formal lecture to members of the university.
Interviews are scheduled to be held in September.

The appointment will be made dependent on relevant qualifications and experience; Reader, currently £51,260 - £57,675 or Senior Lecturer £49,772 - £57,674 plus £2,623 per annum London Allowance.
