Job Role

INTO University of Exeter is seeking a Head of Recruitment who will work closely with the Centre Director to develop and implement strategies to recruit international students from around the world. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales and an ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders. The Head of Recruitment will be responsible for working with the Global Recruitment Unit to monitor and drive student recruitment performance and to provide the business with insight into performance through comprehensive analysis. Based in the Centre with significant international travel, they will manage the marketing team within the Centre to ensure optimal efficiency and results in promotion of the Centre.

Salary

Band E - £34,541- £46,733

Eligibility for participation in Bonus Scheme
