Teaching Fellow

Applications are invited for a part-time Teaching Fellow post in the Biomedical Teaching Organisation. You will deliver and assess courses in the MSc Science Communication and Public Engagement online and on-campus degree programmes, (primarily the online programme) supervise and assess dissertation students on the aforementioned programmes, contribute to the academic administration of the programmes and assist in course development. You may also assist in additional teaching of undergraduate science communication courses and develop a role as a Personal Tutor. The post is 0.5 FTE (UE07). You require a higher degree and/or experience of teaching in Higher Education. An MSc in Science Communication OR specialist knowledge in science communication and public engagement theory and is essential. IT expertise is required along with good interpersonal skills. The post require flexibility around weekly working hours.
