Lecturer in Sport (Physical Education and School Sport)

We are looking for a talented, ambitious individual with expertise in Physical Education and School Sport to join our teaching team. Your role will be to engage students in an innovative curriculum which develops their ability to apply theory and research to practice, and prepares them for employment.

As well as teaching on Physical Education and School Sport courses, you will be required to support other aspects of the courses including supervision of student projects and work-based learning placements. You will also be expected to contribute to research and other forms of scholarly activity as part of a multi-disciplinary team.

You will be a skilled teacher, able to deliver high-quality and engaging learning experiences to our students. A record of knowledge transfer, scholarship, research or consultancy and experience of teaching learners at level 3 and /or undergraduate and/or postgraduate level is essential.
