Lecturer in Global Health

An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Institute of Global Health (IGH) for a Lecturer post. The post holder will be required to teach extensively on undergraduate and postgraduate taught courses and modules, and actively participate in establishing new research collaborations and strengthening existing ones in the field of health policy, health systems public health, international development, and/or social science. Close interaction with colleagues both within and outside of IGH should allow the post holder to pursue a vibrant research programme, leading to high-quality publications with excellent opportunities for future career development within the world-renowned global health community at UCL.

The candidate should have a PhD in the area of global health, related to health systems/ health policy/ public health/ social science/ international development, with a breadth of knowledge across these areas, and have a demonstrated capability to initiate and conduct leading-edge research. The post holder should also have a strong track record of teaching in global health and the determination to make a positive impact as part of a team. This opportunity is the chance to develop a career in the area at one of the world's best universities.
