We are looking for a highly capable Senior Lecturer to join our team and help deliver our very successful BA (Hons) Organisational Capability Development distance-learning course. Reporting to the Head of School, Management & Professional Studies, you will have a UK military background and experience in teaching some or all of the subject areas that we cover. Whilst an academic teaching background is not essential, successful candidates will have a postgraduate degree in a related subject. This role encompasses every aspect of the course from administration, lecturing, advice, delivery of workshops around the UK and a flexibility to help very busy professional part-time students successfully complete the course. You will need to be prepared to take on a challenging and hugely rewarding role in which your own search for excellence will match ours.
