We require a motivated highly competent individual to support our extensive experimental and clinical PK-PD programs. You will have several responsibilities that include running APT’s GCP laboratory, supporting our experimental PK-PD program, and managing a new state-of-the-art MALDI-MSI imaging suite to assess the spatial distribution of drugs in tissues. You will work closely with APT’s GCP Facility Manager to deliver excellence in bioanalytical sciences. A familiarity with a range of LC/MS/MS systems and software is expected, together with extensive experience in assay development and troubleshooting. Familiarity and experience with GCP for laboratories is required including the ability to write and evaluate SOPs, data archiving and preparation for audit from regulatory authorities.  You should be qualified to BTEC Higher level (or equivalent) and have meticulous laboratory technique, good organisational skills, be able to multi-task and be computer literate. You must be prepared to work independently outside of normal office hours. The post is available until the 31 August 2018
