Applications are invited for the 3 year fixed-term position of Intesa Research Fellow at Said Business School. The Intesa Research Fellow will be based within the Centre for Corporate Reputation working on “The role of trust and reputation in the financial services sector”. Led by Professor Alan Morrison, and funded by our corporate supporter Intesa Sanpaolo, Said Business School is conducting research on changes to the role of trust and reputation in the financial services sector.

The postholder will carry out research under the supervision of Professor Alan Morrison and with the guidance of the Centre’s Research Coordinator, Dr Rowena Olegario. The postholder will take responsibility for key project activity; to include gathering data, conducting interviews, performing literature searches, and running data analyses and collaborate in the preparation of research publications and book chapters, as well as collaborating with industry partners through report writing, case studies and producing web-based content. The postholder will also be expected to contribute to developing the Centre’s public profile by taking part in external activities, such as conferences, seminars, data collection, as required by the PI and Research Coordinator.

To be considered for this role you will hold or be working towards a PhD in finance, economics, law or sociology or have a law JD, have the ability to author and co-author rigorous academic research, have a good familiarity with relevant, major legal and news databases and with relevant IT software, have an ability to collaborate and communicate effectively and have both a record of relevant published work as well as a strong potential for success in future academic publishing.
