Quality Assurance Manager

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Manager who will manage QAA’s programme of review activity for alternative providers.

You will be responsible for the management and delivery of the schedule of reviews, ensuring delivery to criteria and within parameters, both financial and resources. You will ensure the delivery of activities, using a pool of Quality Managers, monitoring progress and ensuring they are delivered in accordance with the published method. You will work with our Reviewers, managing their participation and contribution to activities.

Previous experience of managing and assuring academic standards, along with line management experience is essential. You will have experience of managing projects and activities including ensuring appropriate allocation of resources, so strong planning and organisation skills are key, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

This is a full time, permanent role based in our Gloucester office but will involve travel throughout the UK.
