Applications are invited for two full-time Simons Initiative Post-doctoral Research Fellows within the new Simons Initiative for the Developing Brain and the Centre for Integrative Physiology at the University of Edinburgh please see also Vacancy: 040653 . You will contribute to the development of a programme of research aiming to establish brain-wide patterns of activity at cellular resolution in models of ASDs. The posts will focus on establishing light sheet microscopy methods for imaging whole rodent brains. It is expected that the successful applicants will have experience in either advanced neuroanatomical labelling, imaging methods, or methods for analysis of large imaging datasets. The successful applicants will have access to state-of-the-art tools and resources for light sheet microscopy and will be part of a collaboration between several research groups investigating neural circuitry in health and disease.

Start date is from the September or as soon as possible thereafter.
