University of Reading - International Study and Language Institute

The International Study and Language Institute ISLI delivers a variety of taught programmes across the academic year and during the summer vacation period for students to develop their language and academic study skills.

We are looking for an organised and highly efficient individual who will be able to provide high quality, professional administrative support within the ISLI Executive Support team. The successful candidate will have particular responsibility to support the International Foundation Programme.

You will have:

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Experience of working in a busy University student and academic environment with knowledge of academic procedures and processes.
  • Strong intercultural communications skills and the ability to provide a high standard of customer service.
  • Experience of using databases and Management Information Systems.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft package including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Pro-active attitude with an ability to work collaboratively within a team.
