The Role

In conjunction with the Central Exams and Assessment Office, you will implement, manage and enhance all assessment processes in the Business School.

This role is key to ensuring that all students experience consistent and fair assessment opportunities and that the processes are compliant with the General Academic Regulations.

What we’re looking for

The successful candidate will have significant experience of operational organisation including developing and implementing new systems and processes. A self–starter, you will have the ability to manage problems and find appropriate solutions.

With experience of working in an academic environment, you will have excellent customer service, numeracy and communication skills along with the ability to work within a wide and disparate team.

Your strong administration and organisational skills will enable you to prioritise your workload effectively and work under pressure. With experience of producing and managing processes, you will also have the ability to negotiate with and to manage different stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have excellent IT skills (Excel, Databases, conference/web software).

This role reports into the Head of Business School Operations.
