12 Month Secondment Opportunity

An opportunity has arisen for a HCPC registered Paramedic to join our team to contribute to the development and teaching of modules in paramedic science, unscheduled/out of hospital care and emergency/urgent care. The successful candidate will be required to supervise and assess students in clinical practice, undertake research, maintain and develop their clinical expertise and develop working links and partnerships with health care providers in the public and independent sectors.

Applicants must possess a good honours degree and experience of working in the unscheduled/ out of hospital care environment. The ability to contribute to curriculum design and development is essential, as is experience of teaching and assessing students. Strong communication and presentation skills are required, as are appropriate IT skills and the potential to undertake research, development and/or scholarship.
