HR Projects Officer

This is an important role in the HR Strategy Team developing and then maintaining a number of different and key HR projects.

The role calls for someone who is able to work across HR, and across the university with a wide range of stakeholders. You will also work in partnership with external agencies, so you will need to have strong interpersonal skills, and be able to build trusted relationships with others quickly and easily.

You do not need to have a background working in HR but you will need good organisational skills as you balance the competing demands of this job. This is a busy role in a busy division, managing a range of different projects, so you will need good time management skills. Experience of project management would be helpful.      

Working to the Assistant Director of HR, this role is offered on a part time basis (21 hours per week), and for a fixed term contract for 12 months in the first instance with the possibility of an extension for a further year subject to approval.
