Governance Administrator

We are seeking to recruit an excellent administrator to provide professional and high quality administrative support across Governance & Legal Services to support a wide range of senior staff and stakeholders and the successful implementation of the team’s objectives.

Reporting to the Governance Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the organisation of meetings including logistical arrangements and the despatch of paperwork, supporting corporate assurance, compliance and casework processes, servicing executive groups of the University and undertaking various administrative tasks to support the effective running of the office.

As part of an administrative team, you will be the first point of contact for queries within Governance & Legal Services, providing an excellent customer experience.

Good planning and organisational skills, initiative, attention to detail and the ability to work well as part of a team are all crucial to this role.
