Research Assistant

University of Glasgow - Research Institute of Health & Wellbeing

This position is available within the MRC/CSO Social and Public Health Sciences Unit, University of Glasgow. The Unit has 6 programmes of research and this post will be split between two programmes; the Complexity in Health Improvement Programme and the Social Relationships and Health Improvement Programme.

Within both of these programmes there is a focus on the importance of social networks to health and wellbeing; the main purpose of this post is to contribute to the development of a portfolio of work on social networks. This post requires expertise in the analysis of social network data. Specifically, the post-holder will conduct, manage and publish research as well as assist in the development and submission of funding applications.
