The Role

Play a Central Role in the Planning of World-Class Business Education

Our Central Services team manages some of the most important operational processes at LBS, including the planning and scheduling of teaching, examination and assessment. As our Academic Planning Administrator, you'll work collaboratively with the Space Planning and Management team, programme teams, faculty and subject staff, to deliver exceptional educational experiences by:

  • Supporting the Academic Planning Managers with the Elective Bidding System configuration and bid rounds
  • Managing all course operation processes and frequently liaise with key stakeholders to ensure continual improvement is achieved
  • Developing an understanding of core and elective requirements for each of our degree programmes and supporting Academic Planning Managers with their timetabling
  • Maintaining accurate records for teaching planning for each academic year
  • Supporting the publication of core timetables
  • Taking part in the review of processes and systems to improve operational efficiency

Who We Are Looking For

  • A good eye for detail
  • At least entry-level experience in a similar role
  • Good interpersonal skills with experience of broad stakeholder management
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • A creative approach to problem-solving
  • A bachelor's degree would be an advantage
