Oracle eBusiness Suite Functional Support Analyst

UCL’s Oracle eBusiness Suite implementation is version 12.2 running GL, Grants (Project) Accounting, AP, AR, iExpenses, Advanced Collections, iProcurement, PO, Fixed Assets, HR, Payroll, OLM, UPK.

UCL are seeking an experienced Oracle eBusiness Suite functional expert to provide 2nd line support and lead on continuously improving the existing financials modules. This is an excellent opportunity to use Oracle eBusiness Suite functional expertise to improve and transform the customer and user experience.

You will have overall responsibility for the support and improvement of the Oracle Grants (similar to Project Accounting), Fixed Assets and iExpenses modules as well as somebespoke periphery systems and interfaces.

You will provide effective, efficient module improvements and enhancements; effective module maintenance, monitoring and support; clear, standardised documentation, including specifications, configuration documentation and test documentation; accurate, documented system testing. 

You will report into the Finance Applications Support and Improvement Team Lead and must work collaboratively with other colleagues, including the service desk, technical teams, business teams and end users.

Key Requirements:

You must have expert knowledge of Oracle eBusiness Suite financials modules, preferably Grants or Projects, Fixed Assets and iExpenses but also other modules such as GL, AP, AR, iProcurement and PO and eBiz Tax. 

You should have strong interpersonal communication skills and should be able to engage with stakeholders at different organisational levels.
