PGR Administrative Assistant

King's College London - Education Support Team

The salary will be paid at Grade 3, £20,046 to £23,164 per annum, plus £2,623 per annum London Allowance.

A key member of the Education Support Team the post holder will be the central point of contact for all Post Graduate Research (PGR) student enquiries. In addition to responding to and resolving student enquiries the post holder will also be responsible for key points of administration within the PGR student life cycle. These include, but are not limited to: administrating Project Approval forms, collation of documents relating to the application and enrolment process, creating student files and DBS clearance. This post will particularly suit an adaptable and flexible team player who has a ‘can do attitude’ who has an interest in PGR and can deliver a gold standard student centered service.

The selection process will include competency based questions, an assessment and a panel interview.

Interviews are scheduled to be held on Tuesday 12th September 2017.
