Recruitment and Digital Marketing Manager

The purpose of this role is to lead and develop the online customer experience. To do this you will manage the student journey, from the first interaction to enquiry, application and enrolment. This role will suit someone who is ready for a challenge. You will already have established your reputation as an excellent manager of people and processes and will now want to further develop your skills, experience and career. You should be educated to degree level with a deep understanding and knowledge of the use of the web and other digital channels as a marketing and communications tool. You will be passionate and motivated to improve the customer experience at each stage of the lifecycle, developing digital solutions that improve satisfaction and achieve recruitment targets. Furthermore, you will be a planner with excellent project management skills and the ability to lead and manage cross-departmental development projects.
