We are looking to appoint a highly effective and experienced Salesforce Systems Administrator to support the roll out of Salesforce and Marketing Cloud.

Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud has been adopted as the School’s new CRM and Marketing Automation system to support business development and cross sales activities. It has been rolled out to eight Departments across the School.

Previously outsourced, a central Salesforce System Administrator is now required to ensure the on-going support and administration of the Schools Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud solution, to improve sales performance, marketing effectiveness and customer communications.

This role will connect with all areas of the business and would suit a candidate that possesses excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and an ability to confidently articulate technical solutions to all levels of personnel.

Based in the Corporate Marketing team, the jobholder will work closely with colleagues in IT, programmes teams and various teams across the School to support, promote and exploit the use of Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud to enable its operation and strategic performance to be measured.

To be considered at shortlisting you will have relevant and appropriate certification and/or experience of Marketing Cloud and Salesforce. You will be very comfortable and experience analysing and manipulating large amounts of complex data with a focus on continuous improvement. You will also be an excellent communicator able to influence and persuade senior stakeholders across multiple business units.

This is an exciting new role and the postholder will have the opportunity to help shape the role as it develops.
