The role of Academic Support Administrator (ASA) supports the academic staff in one department. It plays an integral role in supporting the academics and Head of Department with a wide variety of administration and event management tasks, ensuring the smooth running of the department. The ASA will build a close rapport with the academics and will be based within a dedicated and motivated team of administrators all supporting academic staff in the Business School.

The successful candidate will be a proactive problem solver with experience of supporting committees and taking minutes. They will be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills as well as strong numeracy and IT skills (Microsoft Office).
