Deputy Undergraduate Manager

Lancaster University - Management School Undergraduate Office

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Management School Undergraduate Office. Working closely with both academic and professional services staff, this role is specifically responsible for the School’s UG Office programmes, ensuring, via a team of staff, they operate effectively and are well organised from induction through to examination and graduation.

You will support and deliver activity relating to existing operations in programme administration and student experience and proposed developments. You will require the ability to identify and deliver high-level customer focused outputs for the services, addressing feedback and creating a culture of continuous improvement.

You will have a proven track record of successfully leading, managing, and developing high-performing teams and efficient administrative processes. The ability to advise, develop, and deliver solutions; and the ability to think strategically whilst retaining a focus on operational detail. You will be required to champion change and support others. As an effective communicator, you will be required to communicate information to a wide range of diverse stakeholders, influencing events and outcomes.
