The Department of Marketing is seeking to appoint a motivated and enthusiastic administrative assistant to work within our professional services team. You will, be expected to provide high levels of support to a busy and lively academic department. You will be an effective first point of contact for staff, visitors and undergraduate students, responding proactively to enquiries via email, phone and face to face. You will support the undergraduate programmes and modules, maintain student records, input registration, attendance and assessment information, compile reports.

You will have administrative experience in an educational environment, work effectively both individually and as part of a team, have excellent communication and customer service skills. Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task and prioritise are essential elements of this role.
