Grade 6, £32,958 - £37,075 per annum plus £2,923 London Weighting Allowance per annum

This post will be Fixed Term Contract for 6 months

King’s College London is offering a 6 month fixed term contract for a Research Grants and Contracts Associate. This short-term position is vital and will support the team while another member is on secondment.

You would be an integral member of the Research Grants & Contracts Pre-Award office (within the Research Strategy & Development team). You would have the delegated authority to prepare and submit official costs on behalf of the College; approve research applications; accept grants awarded; negotiate contractual conditions, and contribute towards the formulation of policy on research matters. You would provide an efficient and effective pre-contractual and contractual service for members of King’s College London staff who are engaged in research, particularly those at the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology and Neuroscience and on the King’s Denmark Hill campus. It is expected that the post holder will also develop (or continue to develop) their own expertise in research funding.

The selection process will include competency based questions and panel interview.
