The Role and Duties

The School of Biological Sciences is large and diverse, engaging in research and education ranging from Biomedical Science to Marine Biology, creating a challenging and rewarding environment for both students and staff.

We are looking for an ambitious individual to join us as a Technical Services Manager to be responsible for the appropriate delivery of practical teaching, central services and overseeing other facilities within the School. They will also have a key role in ensuring the smooth transition of our teaching laboratory facilities into the new multi-million pound STEM Building during 2018.

Qualifications and Skills

The successful candidate will have proven, extensive management experience, have sound financial acumen, and possess excellent communication, IT and leadership skills.
