Team Leader - Starbucks

Location: Jubilee Campus
Salary: £8.82 per hour. There is a 20% allowance for hours worked on weekends.

Working within a busy Starbucks Coffee Shop on either University Park or Jubilee Campus you will supervise the day to day service activity of a unit providing an excellent service experience for our customers. Main duties will include preparing and serving a wide range of speciality beverages, serving food, cash handling, supervising staff and maintaining the care of equipment within the unit. You will also order stock, liaise with suppliers and ensure that excellent customer service is provided at all times.

Candidates will have supervisory experience gained within a similar high street coffee shop/restaurant environment and have proven planning, organisation and administration skills. Barista experience is desirable.

Hours of work are 35 per week, worked 5 days out of 7 to be arranged working a range of shifts including regular weekends, for 52 weeks of the year. Flexibility will be required.
