Project Administrator – ERDF projects

University of Central Lancashire - Funding, Development and Support

Hours: Part Time (0.6 FTE)

Basis: Fixed Term Contract until 31st October 2018

The University is looking at appoint an experienced administrator to support the delivery of projects funded by the European Regional Development Fund. The successful applicant will work closely with the compliance and delivery teams to ensure timely, efficient and accurate project administration in line with the funder regulations.

Significant recent experience in a Higher Education or related work environment, working in a team in a complex busy office environment and maintaining high quality customer service are essential requirements for this role. You must also have experience in financial monitoring or ERDF projects and event organisation. You will be educated to first degree level or equivalent.

Utilising excellent organisational skills and a thorough knowledge of office system, practice and procedures, you will be able to organise, input and extract data from various sources as well as check data integrity. In addition, your project management and communication skills will support you in undertaking effective administrative duties to meet the differing needs of stakeholders and colleagues.

An awareness of confidentiality working with external SMEs and the ability to work consistently under pressure and prioritise work to meet deadlines are also core requirements for success in this role.
