Systems Manager/Lead Analyst Developer

As Lead Analyst-Developer/Systems Manager you will use substantial relevant experience in one or more of the following areas to lead the delivery, operation, and enhancement of critical academic systems:

  • Student and Curriculum Systems
  • CRM Systems
  • Technology-Enhanced Learning Systems
  • Integration and Web Services
  • Web Application Development
  • Business Intelligence – Data Warehouse Architecture and Report/Interface Development
  • Research Systems

You will provide specialist expertise, technical and cultural leadership, and mentoring to those developing and running systems, setting and monitoring compliance with standards and procedures for ensuring high-quality service provision and enhancement. In short, you will lead a high performing team by example.

Ideal Candidate

You will have excellent communication skills, be capable of dealing with complex situations, and have a track record of leading technical developments and/or running major systems.

You will have up-to-date knowledge of university business processes and extensive knowledge and experience of the technologies listed. You will be experienced in managing stakeholder requirements and expectations and highly motivated.
