The successful candidate will be required to assist in the Residential Services operation at the Whitechapel Campus, providing support within residences to approximately 2000 residential students and guests. Other duties include the driving of College vehicles, distribution of linen and furniture throughout the site and to carry out general porter duties as directed by the Residential Services Manager. The role also requires assistance with maintenance of grounds, gardens and the removal and disposal of refuse from site. Although based at the Whitechapel Campus the role bay be required to cover at the other campuses when required.

The post is full time and permanent. Starting salary will be in the range £17,794 - £19,105 per annum inclusive of London Allowance. Benefits include 30 days annual leave, defined benefit pension scheme and interest-free season ticket loan.

Candidates must be able to demonstrate their eligibility to work in the UK in accordance with the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006. Where required this may include entry clearance or continued leave to remain under the Points Based Immigration Scheme.
