Group Head of Estates

The Liverpool Institute of Performing Arts

You will be responsible for the efficient and effective operation and maintenance of LIPA Learning’s four buildings, encompassing a Higher Education Institution, a Sixth Form College, and a Primary School. The role will include oversight of all relevant estates-related services and equipment, including the formulation of a strategic approach for the Estates Department, working alongside LIPA’s Directorate. Your experience/knowledge will include all aspects of strategic and operational facilities management, including heating systems, boilers, air conditioning/handling systems, and electrical systems.
