As a highly skilled administrator, you will support research projects and provide administrative support to several Professors within the Lifecycle Management and Automation Systems Groups within WMG.
You will be co-ordinating multiple tasks across a number of key research projects, so close attention to detail and an organised approach are essential. You will be a skilled communicator, who can liaise with internal colleagues, external collaborators and funding bodies, and will be comfortable with detailed proof reading of written material and analysis of financial information in equal measure.
The ability to manage your own workload to tight deadlines and make independent decisions with little reference is essential. You will also be very resourceful, seeking appropriate advice on unusual tasks or sensitive issues with tact and diplomacy. Ability to manage upwards is a key requirement.
You will be educated to A level standard (or equivalent), and will have high level previous PA or co-ordination experience, ideally gained within the Higher Education Sector.
