University of London International Programmes collaborates with a number of Member Institutions of the University of London to offer flexible and distance learning programmes worldwide. There are over 50,000 students in every corner of the globe studying more than 100 of our different courses. 

The Role

The Marketing and Events Coordinator manages the delivery and promotion of UOLIA’s in-country and online student recruitment events, as well as implementing email marketing campaigns and working on a variety of digital marketing campaigns with UOLIA’s advertising agency. The post holder will work closely with directorates across UOLIA, as well as with the University of London Member Institutions on campaigns. You will also play a key role in supporting marketing budget management within the team.

We are excited to meet candidates who have proven event management experience including budget administration. You will also bring to this role exceptional written and verbal communication skills evident through your proof reading and copy checking experience. You will enjoy being well organised with meticulous attention to detail applied to every aspect of your work.

To succeed in this role, you will be naturally proactive in developing strong relationships and striving to meet the needs of customers and stakeholders alike. The ability to negotiate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve successful organisational outcomes is essential.
