This new part-time post (0.1 FTE) is available as maternity leave cover from 13th October 2017 on a fixed-term basis until 22nd June 2018.  

The starting salary will be from £40,428 up to £48,514 on Band 8a of the NHS Agenda for Change scale depending on qualifications and experience.

The College wishes to recruit a Supervisor to support the delivery of the Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) for trainees undertaking the CBT for Early Intervention in Psychosis and Bipolar Disorder training programme.

The job purpose of this role in Clinical Education Development and Research (CEDAR) is delivery of supervision of CBT. The accredited CBT therapist will work using standard approaches to CBT supervision. Training and regular expert supervision in the approach will be provided.

The successful applicant will possess an in-depth understanding of CBT, CBT training, and CBT clinical supervision to facilitate the development of trainee EIP therapists towards competent CBT practice.
