Events Administrator

1 year Fixed-Term, Full-time (35 hours per week)

Working in the Communications Department, you will provide administrative support for the delivery of all HCPC external and internal events. You will be responsible for the delivery of the HCPC all-employee meetings and lunch and learns and provide support to the Events Manager in the delivery of the HCPC all-employee away day.

You will have experience of working in a supportive administration role along with excellent oral and written communications skills, including the ability to communicate professionally with stakeholders and registrants. You will be an effective team player with the ability to contribute to team discussion and contribute to the ongoing development of the department. You will be able to follow processes and procedures, including the ability to seek advice where appropriate and to exercise initiative with minimum supervision.
