MBBS P (Penultimate) Year Administrator

Working as a key member of the busy Clinical Medicine Administration Team, this dynamic, varied and busy role offers an opportunity to manage the Penultimate (3rd/4th) Year of our MBBS programme.

The successful applicant will be responsible for the end to end process for delivery of teaching, assessment and support for students during the year, including organising clinical placements across a number of sites and specialties, managing workplace based assessments for all attachments (including those overseas) and providing advice and guidance to students and staff on all aspects within the year.

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent numerical, administrative and organisational skills. Strong IT skills, experience of using MS Office, advanced skills in using Excel and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written) are essential. Robust time management and the ability to work to strict deadlines are also a prerequisite, as it the ability to priorities and take responsibility for your own workload.

You should have extensive experience in an autonomous administrative role, preferably in medical education/University sector, as well as previous experience of course/assessment administration and of working with complex administrative systems/processes.

The salary for the role is within the range of SGUL 5: £25,725 to £31,604 per annum plus £3,027 London Allowance.
