About the role

Reporting to the Head of Governance and Company Secretary, this is an important role within the University, providing high-quality governance support services – including board and committee servicing, governance and compliance, and Trustee support. Joining our small and friendly team, you will be given a range of interesting and varied work, and the opportunity to make your mark.

Skills and experience required

We are looking for someone with experience of committee servicing, including taking accurate minutes. You must have strong communication skills, particularly in written English, and the confidence to liaise with people across the University, including Trustees and Directors.

While not essential, prior experience in a governance or administration role within a university or charity would be an advantage.
