About You

You will be creative and innovative in your approach to teaching and learning, this combined with your excellent subject knowledge of current primary mathematics curriculum sector and track record as an outstanding primary education practitioner, will enable you to succeed.

You will be able to act as a role model, must be flexible and responsive to changing needs with a professional approach to work. Enthusiasm and passion are essential.

About the Role

Join our team of experts in primary mathematics education. You will contribute to our departmental vision for developing student teachers, teachers, and practitioners in the wider children’s workforce, who are committed to ensuring that children enjoy middle childhood to its fullest potential, thrive, and have their voices heard.

You will work as part of a team of colleagues to teach primary mathematics curriculum modules and professional studies modules across Primary ITE undergraduate and postgraduate programmes and other education-related programmes. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the research culture in the department, working closely with colleagues.
