Executive Officer

The Executive Officer will join the University at an exciting time, as it has recently launched its new Strategic Plan 2017-2022. The strategic plan supports the University in improving health through inspiring education and in providing focussed research.

The role of the Executive Officer is to provide day to day management support to the Principal, COO and Senior Management Team and support them both directly and by working across the University on a number of projects and initiatives to implement the operational plan that will deliver the Strategy.

The post holder will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer, will be highly organised, with the ability to manage a range of tasks which are often conflicting in importance and priority. The post holder will be highly professional, motivated and dynamic and have outstanding communication skills along with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

The role of Executive Officer is brand new at St George’s and therefore offers the successful candidate an opportunity to make a significant impact.

The salary for this role is within SGUL Grade 6: £32,548 to £38,833 plus £3,027 London Allowance, per annum.
