UCD College of Health and Agricultural Sciences

The School of Veterinary Medicine delivers a national and international accredited 4-year degree programme in Veterinary Nursing. The first BSc (VN) cohort of this program graduated in June 2013.

The role of Programme Director for Veterinary Nursing is an important leadership position in the School of Veterinary Medicine. The successful applicant will work closely with the Veterinary Nursing team. The applicant will also take on Head of Subject and Teaching & Learning responsibilities within the programme. The successful applicant will provide strategic development and direction for this newly formed section in the context of Teaching & Learning and Research activity.

Salary:

Lecturer/Assistant Professor (above the bar) Salary Scale: €51,807 - €79,194 per annum

Associate Professor Salary Scale: €66,155 - €91,265 per annum

Appointment will be made on scale and in accordance with the Department of Finance guidelines.
