The Customer Liaison Team, is part of the Customer Liaison strand of the Student Journey Directorate, delivering a professional, knowledgeable and resolution focused service across the University's three sites to customers of Londonmet.

The Liaison Manager, working with the Deputy Head of Customer Liaison, leads and manages the Customer Liaison Team (CLT) in delivering excellent customer service from the Student Hubs across the University’s three sites. S/he will promote a visible and identifiable ‘go to’ first point of contact service delivering a professional,  knowledgeable, empathic, resolution focused service, reporting on  performance using metrics, feedback and targets to monitor, maintain and continuously improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
