Clinical Project Manager (Maternity Cover)

Part Time : 60%

The Comprehensive Clinical Trials Unit is a specialist unit set up within the Institute of Clinical Trials and Methodology with a specific remit to design, conduct, analyse and publish clinical trials and other well-designed studies.

The post holder will be responsible for the implementation of the UCL suite Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across partner or linked clinical trial centres, as well as the development of innovative systems and processes that will support quality in clinical trials where traditional models are not available.

The post holder will also be required to manage budgets and resources to support quality assurance and quality control functions.

There  is a part time maternity cover post available for 1 year and a full time post available for 6 months.

The successful applicant must possess a post graduate Degree and/or equivalent experience in Clnical Trials as well as a comprehensive understanding of UK Clinical Trials Regulations, ICH Good Clinical Practice, the European Directives on Clinical and Good Clinical Practice and the Department of Health’s Research Governance Framework .
