The new post of Planning and Data Insight Assistant post sits within the Planning and Business Intelligence team as part of the Strategic Planning and Change Section.  This is a great opportunity to join this high performing team, supporting decision making processes, annual planning and monitoring of performance and the achievement of Strategic Plan objectives.

The Role and Duties

The post-holder will undertake data analysis, create new reports/dashboard using Tableau and enhance existing reports. In addition, you will support the creation of new user facing documentation, training materials and web content. You will help ensure the team provides a good service by responding to queries and requests for information and by liaising and communicating with colleagues across the University.

Qualifications and Skills required

The successful candidate will hold an honours degree (or equivalent) or an industry related qualification or experience.

In the role of Planning and Data Insight Assistant, you will need a good level of numeracy and analytical skills, excellent planning and organisational skills, an aptitude for problem solving and tackling complex challenges, and some experience of data analysis and report development.
