The University is seeking to appoint a dynamic and experienced lead for the University’s Quality and Teaching Excellence professional support team.

You will lead initiatives to support and develop assurance, review and enhancement activity across the University that will positively impact the student experience, KPIs, Teaching Excellence and the achievement of University or national standards. You will contribute to the successful outcome of a range of external quality assurance and enhancement activities including Annual Provider Review, the Teaching Excellence Framework and Accreditation reviews.  

Passionate about supporting and promoting innovation and excellence in higher education, you will have experience in leading policy development, implementation and evaluation at a discipline and institutional level.  An excellent and up to date knowledge and understanding of the external quality landscape is essential, as is experience of Quality Assurance reviews.

A key aspect of the role will is the leadership and management a team of 26, including four academic staff.
