Research Administrator

UEA’s Research and Innovation Services are looking to recruit two Research Administrators to provide pre- and post-award support across a range of research and innovation activities.

You will provide efficient and pro-active administrative support, including preparing costings, inputting and interpreting data accurately, reviewing terms and conditions of contracts, supporting staff recruitment, working with colleagues to resolve queries and provide support for Project Officers.

Applicants must have two A levels and GCSE passes in Mathematics and English Language at Grades A-C, or equivalents level of qualifications. In addition, applicants will have recent clerical or administrative experience in a busy office environment and be able to satisfy all essential criteria outlined in the person specification.

The posts are available immediately on a full-time, indefinite basis.

The University is a Bronze Athena Swan Award holder, currently working towards Silver.
