Programme Manager for the Cancer Research UK Cambridge Centre Urological Malignancies Programme

The Cancer Research UK Cambridge Centre is seeking to recruit a part-time (0.5 FTE) Programme Manager to support the Urological Malignancies Programme. This is an exciting new position, and the Programme Manager will work directly with the Programme Leads, Professor Eamonn Maher and Mr Vincent Gnanapragasam, in managing the programme specific duties and responsibilities.

The Programme Manager will also work directly with the CRUK Cambridge Centre administrative office in meeting the strategic goals of the Centre and liaising with the office and other programme and project managers in the Centre.

Applicants will ideally have a degree in a relevant subject or equivalent. In addition, they will have excellent organisation skills, management experience, and previous experience or knowledge of clinical or translational research.  

Applicants should be able to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, a systematic and rigorous approach to work, and the ability to work in a team.

Fixed-term: The funds for this post are available for 2 years in the first instance.
