We are seeking to appoint two Medical Practitioners or Physician Associate/Assistants as Lecturers in Medicine (0.2 FTE, 1 day per week) as part of our ongoing development of sector-leading education of Physician Associates and Pharmacists at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.

The post holders will work closely with the Physician Associate Programme Director and Director of Postgraduate Clinical Education to help co-ordinate and deliver a wide range of medical topics and clinical skills to postgraduate Physicians Associate Students.

The post holder will be an experienced medical practitioner or Physicians Associate/Assistant. You will join a truly innovative team with a suite of fully integrated undergraduate and postgraduate programmes and excellence in research with a focus on training for improving health outcomes.

You will be an experienced and enthusiastic teacher and take a proactive role in developing new learning materials alongside our highly experienced and supportive team. We use a range of innovative pedagogical methods including Team-based Learning. This is a teaching focussed post. The post holder will have the opportunity to supervise undergraduate and postgraduate students undertaking research work and to participate in research activities in the School.
